How to Use, Purify, and Recharge Jade Stones

Jade is a stone that acts on the heart and third eye chakra.

During meditation exercises, you can use some tumbled stones or wear the jade in the form of a bracelet.
Used for facial care, jade can be used as an accessory for its benefits on the skin.
As a massage roller, it activates blood circulation and thus helps to even out skin tone and reduce wrinkles.
In gua sha, it offers a tightening, anti-wrinkle and firming effect on the skin.

For jade, purifications are rarely necessary (except for magnetite jade where purifications are more frequent).
You can still purify your jade stone from time to time by placing your stone in salted distilled water (except for magnetite jade where salt is not required).
Then rinse the stone and wipe it with a soft cloth.

You can also purify jade by fumigation, by burning a bundle of white sage, incense or a stick of Palo Santo, or with the sound technique by placing the stone in a singing bowl.

Then recharge your stone by exposing it to the sun for 1 to 2 hours (sunlight and moonlight for magnetite jade), or by placing it on a pile of quartz for a day.
