How to use, purify, and recharge sunstone
Sunstone is associated with the solar plexus chakra and the sacral chakra.
You can wear the sunstone in the form of jewelry. Its action on the solar plexus will provide joy of life and strengthen your power of attraction.
You can also place a rolled or raw stone on the sacred chakra to benefit from its vitalizing effect.
To purify the sunstone, place it in a container with distilled water, without salt.
Then wipe it with a soft cloth.
You can also purify your stone by fumigation, by burning a bundle of white sage, incense or a stick of Palo Santo, or with the sound technique by placing the stone in a singing bowl.
To restore the sunstone to its natural energy, recharge it by placing it in abundant sunlight for 1 or 2 hours.
You can also recharge your sunstone by placing it on a pile of quartz for a few hours.
