How to use, purify, and recharge hematite stones

Hematite is a mineral that works on the sacral chakra and the root chakra.
For example, you can wear your hematite stone as a bracelet, or keep it on you in the form of a rolled or raw stone in order to give you self-confidence and develop the ability to listen.
Wear it directly on the skin to benefit from its purifying properties.
Purify hematite by fumigation, by burning a bundle of white sage, incense or a stick of Palo Santo, or with the sound technique by placing the stone in a singing bowl.
Do not use water as it is a mineral that causes rust.
Then recharge your stone by exposing it to the sun for 1 to 2 hours, or by placing it on a pile of quartz for a day.
