How to Use, Cleanse, and Recharge Black Tourmaline
Tourmaline stone is effective in protecting against electromagnetic pollution and geobiological disturbances.
In order to limit exposure to waves, you can place a large crystal, proportional to the power of the emissions, between you and as close as possible to the source of electromagnetic emissions.
Worn as a bracelet or pendant, it will offer additional protection.
If your home is located near a high-voltage line, place black tourmalines in the corners of your house or apartment.
For optimal efficiency, you can place a black tourmaline next to each source or area of wave emission, for example on the electricity meter, next to the television, computer, mobile phone, etc.
Purification of black tourmaline is necessary before each new therapeutic treatment or meditation session.
To purify black tourmaline, place your stone in salted distilled water.
Then rinse the stone and wipe it with a soft cloth.
You can also purify your stone by fumigation, by burning a bundle of white sage, incense or a stick of Palo Santo, or with the sound technique by placing the stone in a singing bowl.
Then recharge your stone by exposing it to plenty of moonlight, particularly during the full moon phase, overnight, or in sunlight.
You can also place it on a pile of quartz for a day.
