The sacral chakra, or Swadhistana, is the energy center of emotions and stimulates sexual well-being, physical activity and creativity.
It is located at the level of the lower abdomen, between the pubis and the navel.
An imbalance in this chakra causes a lack of self-confidence, anxiety, libido disorders, as well as emotional blockage and a feeling of lack of affection.
A balanced sacred chakra will bring joy of life, vitality, sexual fulfillment, openness to others and will promote imagination and fluidity of emotions.
