On a mental and emotional level
Rhodochrosite has the ability to help the mind refocus and thus prevents digressions.
A stone of healing and emotional liberation, it is capable of bringing back good memories and magnifying them, but also bad ones to dispel them.
By bringing up painful moments, it will generate the identification of buried and repressed traumas to help dissipate them, and thus deliver its wearer from grief and depression.
Rhodochrosite helps to rid the mind of feelings of jealousy, denial, and brings clarity to the situation.
Applied to the heart chakra, it allows its rebalancing and harmonization.
On the solar plexus chakra, rhodochrosite helps regulate emotionality.
A stone of compassion, rhodochrosite also promotes understanding and respect between adults and children.
On the physical level
Rhodochrosite is a mineral with anti-stress properties.
It will be useful in relieving gastric ulcers.
Its soothing properties make it a good aid for improving physical condition during serious illnesses (Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and myopathies).
It allows you to better control your gestures and movements, better control your breathing, and reduce heart palpitations.
Rhodochrosite affects the heart rate by regulating the blood circulation system and stabilizing blood pressure.
It has an action on the skin to fight against skin allergies, and its properties act on osteoporosis problems linked to menopause.
How to Use, Cleanse, and Recharge Rhodochrosite
Rhodochrosite works on the heart chakra and the solar plexus chakra.
Worn as a pendant or necklace, rhodochrosite can act on the heart chakra to harmonize it, promote emotional release and thus bring serenity and compassion.
You can place a rolled or raw rhodochrosite stone directly on the solar plexus chakra to act on emotions and stress.

Uncrystallized rhodochrosite requires frequent purification and recharging.
To purify rhodochrosite, place your stone in distilled water, without salt.
Then wipe it with a soft cloth.
You can also purify your stone by fumigation, by burning a bundle of white sage, incense or a stick of Palo Santo, or with the sound technique by placing the stone in a singing bowl.
Then recharge your stone by exposing it to the sun for 1 to 2 hours, or by placing it on a pile of quartz for a day.
