How to Use, Cleanse, and Recharge Moonstone

Moonstone is associated with the third eye chakra and also helps in the proper functioning of the solar plexus chakra.

You can place a rolled or raw moonstone directly on your forehead so that it promotes extra-sensory abilities and provides peaceful sleep.

Wear moonstone in the form of jewelry (bracelet, necklace or pendant) to harmonize the solar plexus chakra.

Giving a moonstone ring is a symbol of strong and unconditional love.

To purify moonstone, place it in a container with distilled water, without salt.
Then wipe it with a soft cloth.

You can also purify your stone by fumigation, by burning a bundle of white sage, incense or a stick of Palo Santo, or with the sound technique by placing the stone in a singing bowl.

Then recharge your stone by exposing it to plenty of moonlight overnight.
It can also be recharged with some soft sunlight for 1-2 hours.
You can also recharge your moonstone by placing it on a quartz cluster for a few hours.
