The solar plexus chakra, or Manipura, is the center of all energies in the body.
It is located between the sternum and the navel.
When it is out of balance, it generates anger, authority and the need to control, it distorts judgment and causes submission, shyness, doubt and pessimism.
A balanced root chakra will bring life force, emotional balance, compassion, as well as optimism, willpower and self-confidence to undertake what is important to us.
