The benefits of malachite in lithotherapy
On a mental and emotional level
Malachite is a stone that gives confidence. By providing clear and structured speech, it thus promotes the capacity for persuasion.
When applied to the heart chakra, malachite stone will balance the entire body.
It will promote the release of emotions and emotional blockages buried by our psyche, and will thus invite us to let go. Anxieties, fears and fears will thus be overcome and evacuated.
Malachite is also an effective protective stone against bad energies and evil.
It is able to absorb negative energies from the body, but also harmful emissions from the environment such as radiation, electromagnetic waves or geopathic stress.

On the physical level
Malachite's ability to absorb negative energies allows this stone to relieve pain, whether internal or external.
You can apply a rolled stone or a malachite pebble directly to painful areas to soothe hematomas, fractures, sprains, rheumatism, or even stomach aches or appendicitis, for example.
Its anti-inflammatory properties help to alleviate joint problems such as arthritis or osteoarthritis.
Malachite acts as a diuretic and can eliminate excess urea which can be responsible for rheumatism and sometimes headaches.
Its ability to relax and soothe muscles provides deep breathing by increasing lung capacity.

How to use, purify, and recharge malachite stones
Malachite is associated with the heart chakra.
For example, you can place a rolled stone or a pebble on this chakra in order to harmonize the emotions and have it act on the vital organs.
To help malachite promote peaceful sleep, you can place a stone on your bedside table or directly under your pillow.
In its raw form, malachite is fibrous. If you handle this mineral in raw stone, you should wash your hands after each use.

Malachite is a mineral that absorbs and stores negative energies, and will become saturated quickly.
It will therefore be necessary to purify it after each session.
Purify malachite by fumigation, by burning a bundle of white sage, incense or a stick of Palo Santo, or with the sound technique by placing the stone in a singing bowl.
Do not use water as it will damage the stone.
Then recharge your stone by exposing it to the sun for 1 to 2 hours, or by placing it on a pile of quartz for a day.
