Cedarwood, fir and lemongrass essential oils provide a woody, fresh and soothing scent, enhanced by pine needles picked in the forests and dried by me, as well as rose and cornflower petals.

Rock crystal, or quartz, helps raise one's consciousness and clarify one's thinking. It is an excellent stone for harmonizing the mind and body and for emotional rebalancing.
